Why We Started Opsium
We started Opsium to bring structure and clarity to how service companies actually operate.
Opsium didn’t start as a product.
It started as a set of internal scripts and tools we built to help service companies and individual projects run better — from resource planning and workload balancing to financial visibility and early risk signals. Each script solved a real operational problem, but every setup was custom and required manual tuning for each company.
As teams grew and complexity increased, this approach stopped scaling.
Over time step by step, year by year we connected these tools into a single system. What used to be fragmented scripts became a unified operational layer with flexible configuration, so each service company could adapt it to their own structure, processes, and maturity level.
That’s how Opsium was born: not from theory, but from years of real operational work.
